I order (and paid a 50%) deposit on a gas fireplace 4/23/06. They said it would be here in 3 weeks, and guaranteed delivery by June 1st. Sure...

I order (and paid a 50%) deposit on a gas fireplace 4/23/06. They said it would be here in 3 weeks, and guaranteed delivery by June 1st. Sure enough, June 1st came around and no fireplace, no phone call. They returned my call, and promised it would be here tomorrow. But, once again, they didn't have it here on the 2nd either. When I called again, they said it won't arrive until the following week. I'm still waiting. Don't listen to any of their guarantees, it doesn't mean anything.
