Jackrabbit is extremely crowded during lunchtime, but I can't figure out why. I've eaten there many times (it's across from where I work) but never been at all impressed. They have several different lines for different things (one for salads, one for sandwiches, etc. so if you're with people who are going to order something different from you, you won't be waiting together). These lines are not well marked and I've seen tons of people wait for 10 minutes in the wrong line only to get to the front and try to order a salad from the sandwich people and get sent to the back of the line. In sum, it's crowded, mediocre food, and expensive for what you ultimately get.
