I would encourage anyone in Seattle to go anywhere for their Saab other than Carter Saab. They charged me a small fortune for their service, only to hand me the keys back to my car with a massive break across the entire windshield and then told me that I must have dropped the car off that way. They were unbelievably rude and unprofessional, the Service Manager is about as rude, low class & simple as they come and should be working in a non service job....his verbal skills are less than acceptable and he is condescending to customers. Good luck if you try them out. In addition, my first two times there (I should never have given them a 3rd chance) were they were incompetent. Pros: shuttle service Cons: bad bad bad customer service
