If you're ever even thought about MAYBE brewing beer, making wine, cider or even root beer, stop in and say 'hi' to Bob, browse the store and ask questions, or if you're an advanced brewer - heck, do the same! Get a beginner's kit, ask him to fabricate your dream brew set-up, or anything in-between. Bob is an ultra nice guy and knowledgeable about his business. He's definitely the best we've found in Seattle.

I really like this place to buy malted grains for brewing beer with. You can scoop them into a bag yourself and use their grinder to grind them the way you want. they also have photocopies of beer recipes available, good hops in the freezer, and a variety of other things you'll need - although the inventory of related items isn't nearly as vast as Larry's in Kent.
