Mother Nature's Natural Health Store is a great place for specific health items that you still cannot get in a market like PCC or Whole Foods. For example, certain supplements or herbal remedies are available in various forms at Mother Nature's, while they are not in the other health stores. Their prices are great, and the staff seem to have been around for a long time, which makes them very helpful. It's also less busy so you get overall better service.

Mother Nature's Natural Health Store is a great place for specific health items that you still cannot get in a market like PCC or Whole Foods. For example, certain supplements or herbal remedies are available in various forms at Mother Nature's, while they are not in the other health stores. Their prices are great, and the staff seem to have been around for a long time, which makes them very helpful. It's also less busy so you get overall better service.

These guys maintain one of the best selections of high-quality supplements I've seen anywhere. Seriously geared towards the health conscious, with a special emphasis on initiatives aimed at longevity, the sales staff can speak intelligently to the protein powders, tablets, and extracts all dedicated to making a healthier you. Don't skip the pre-packaged products in the freezer or the books section -- some otherwise hard to find goodies in both. Also, if the juice bar is open, don't skip the chance to have a smoothie.
