These guys are really inconsistent, and I've given them five or six chances to get it right at this point.
I ordered tonight and I asked for extra bleu cheese. They didn't include any at all. I ordered boneless wings, they gave me bone in. The times they've delivered, they almost always have to call to figure out where I am- sometimes multiple times.
The food is more often than not lukewarm and is usually on the soggy side- especially the fries and fried sides (like the mushrooms). The mozzarella stix taste like the kind of thing you can buy at the grocery store for the same price.
The chicken tenders are tasteless and sometimes soggy without sauce- which they have forgotten to include in the past.
The boneless wings aren't bad, though sometimes they are over-sauced. On the upside if you don't mind soggy, tasteless hunks of fried meat the various sauces do have some variety of flavor. I've had the most success with the garlic parmesan and the buffalo bleu.
Order from here only if you are REALLY hungry for wings and aren't picky about what you get.

We had to wait over an hour for our delivery. When it did finally arrive, the food was lukewarm and the worst burger I have ever eaten. The bacon was pathetic and so crispy I chipped my tooth on it. Needless to say I will never order from this place again, they need to be removed from Eat 24.

waited for over an hour. food was delivered cold. delivered with parts of the meal missing. delivered with the sauce missing for two orders. called for assistance and was hung up on. asked for a refund for the parts of the meal that were not delivered. was told would need to run refund request past manager who was not there. will never order from here again, about to go over to yelp and review as well.
