Il terrazzo is slightly better, but Il Bistro has a better 'vibe' and buzz about it. You definitely could go here just for a cocktail and some apps. Ambiance is one of the best in seattle.
don't try and park here, take a cab as it's under pike's market.
if you go there and don't like it, then i'm sure they can get you in at the spaghetti factory just down the street.

I had an El Gaucho Caesar 2 nights ago and it WAS excellent but Maro at Il Bistro makes one just as good and the bar is amazingly chill and dark. Check it out.
