Hing Loon has the best congee (rice porridge) in Seattle - my favorite is the 1000 year old egg & salted pork. Their wonton noodle soup is also very good, and the salted fish and diced chicken fried rice is perfect every time. I always come here for my Chinese "diner food" fix. Service is friendly and usually pretty fast and most dishes are extremely reasonably priced, if not just plain cheap!

Hing Loon is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the ID.
Hing Loon has a very diverse menu with over 200 items including various noodles, congee,seafood, and hotpots. In addition to the menu, the restaurants walls and pillars are covered with other dishes that are not on the menu. Luckily for those who do not read Chinese there are English translations.
I have eaten here over 20 times and have not been disappointed once. This is some inexpensive incredibly satisfying food. Hing Loon is also open late for your late night dining.
Try the beef tendon noodle soup one of my favorites.

Hing Loon is one of the best restaurants in the ID. The people are extremely nice, and the food is wonderful (mainly Cantonese). Try ordering from the many, many signs on the wall, or use the menu. Some items of particular interest:
(1) The wonton soup broth is out of this world, and the wontons are very good too;
(2) Beef chow udon with black pepper is spicy and unusual;
(3) any of their clay pot dishes, such as eggplant and salt fish hot pot.
