Each time I dine at this restaurant, I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and the hostess' are always eager to open the doors. A couple times my food has arrived not exactly how I ordered it, but the manager was extremely considerate and made sure it got fixed and they took it off our bill. I'd definitely go back!

I am so done with this restaurant! I cannot explain to you how much I really dislike this place. It has the worst food I have ever ate. The service is horrible. Everytime I went here, it was because my children wanted to go, or my husband. We waited for our food for 45 minutes! We were seated, then we got our drink order taken, and waited for 10minutes. Our waiter finally arrived with our drinks, took our order and left. It took another 45 minutes to get our food. Seriously. We asked what was the wait, and then the waiter cam back with a sheepish look on his face. It seems the cook "lost" our order. So we never really had anything cooked at all. We were about to leave, then the manager came over and was very apologetic, and said the food was on the house tonight for the mistake. I was calm and paitient and said "thank you". I ordered was some sort of steak and shrimp meal, and we had a side of fries. The fries were dried out and salty. They forgot my kids dinner. The people next to us had similar problems as well. Their food took too long, and there was a mix up with their order as well. The man next to us was less than thrilled. He was not as nice about it as I was. Our neighbors had 7 adults and 2 kids with them, and this one man didn't even get his meal until everyone else at the table was done eating. He was sooo P.O 'd! I don't know what was going on that particular night, but this sort of event happens "everytime" I go to Applebee's. I have had horrible service and food at the Bellevue, Wa one, and the new one that opened recently in Renton in the Thriftway Shopping area. Even the many times I went to the one's in TUCSON, AZ. Is this just the way all Applebee's are? Some Managers are not even appologetic as the one in Tukwila. The one in Renton did not give any reason or apologize for our waitress to show up after 30 minutes! I counted. I will never eat at this chain of restaurants again. I have given them many chances. I do NOT recommend this place. Pros: good beer Cons: bad food, slow waiters

I like the food here, there is usually never that long of a wait, even on a Friday or Saturday night, however there prices are on the higher end. Their wait-staff is has been nice and they have been snide at different times that I have gone in their, but that is that industry, it is a hard job to do. Overall I like the food, The mixed drinks are too watered down with mixers though. PROS: Good Food CONS: Bad Drinks

Applebee's is by far my favorite place to eat. They have great food and good prices. If you want an appetizer, be sure to try the nachos - they are the best around. The waitresses and waiters are always friendly and are always good about refilling your drink. The price is good and the kid meals are kid-friendly. The portions are good-sized and my husband and I usualy share an entree. They offer coloring for the kids. They also have sports on the tv for the guys and a bar for drinks. The bathroom is always clean. PROS: Great food!! CONS: Can get a little loud during peak hours

Applebees isn't the 'best' place I'd consider eating at here in Seattle. We kind of went here to eat with a group of people, and YES! The staff has no kind of personality, everyone seemed to be pretty much dead, no smiles, no nothing. Drinks weren't the great, and the food? I'd say overpriced. All you can eat ribs for $10? That wasn't bad, but I guess you can't expect good tasting ribs for that price right? The food wasn't horrible, then again it wasn't great either. Seems more of a 'family get together' kind of restaurant Cons: expensive
