I'll have to admit that I'm not a big fan of dim sum. The dim sum I had were not that great--especially the ones that were pan-fried, somewhat burnt and oily. The cha-shao-bao were cold. Portions were O.K. The best were the fried cakes of garlic leeks and shrimp.
Tea did not arrive until well after several dishes had arrived.
Noisy and crowded...
I know some people really like this place but it's not my cup of tea, and I've had better dim sum at China Gate or House of Hong.

This is indeed the best dimsum in Seattle. They have authentic dishes and a good variety of items, including some traditional favorites that may not be on the menu. The food is fresh and arrives quickly. Always full on the weekends, which is a good sign! Highly recommended, but come early!

This is the BEST dim sum restaurant in Seattle. The restaurant is always busy, but if you know dim sum, that does not bother you, as it is the epitome of fast food! My office has tried all dim sum places in the International District, and this one is by far the best quality, and largest variety. They have many seafood items, including shrimp, scallop, and lobster. We try something we haven't heard of each time, and are never disappointed. The usuals, like ha gow are well prepared.
