Ok, Jalisco's is nothing fancy, but they do one thing really well. If you need food in 10 minutes, they deliver. It is hot and good. The kids just love the cheese enchiladas. We've been going there for years and years and the grownups really like the tacos el carbon and the enchilada jaliscos. So if you are up on Capital Hill and want something warm on a cold rainy night, check it out!
