Bill's is one of the better Italian restaurants on Capitol Hill, although it feels more like a bar than a restaurant. They serve an array of beers and the house wines are just $3 a glass. Their deep dish pizzas have a thick delicious crust and the sauce is perfectly seasoned. In addition to pizza they also serve the Italian standards (like spaghetti and meatballs). During the summer they have sidewalk seating so that you can enjoy the outdoors. Prices are reasonable and the food is very good quality. With dark walls and moderate lighting, the atmosphere is very relaxing (although on Friday and Saturday nights it can get a bit noisy). This is one of Capitol Hill's best hangouts.
