While Wasabi Bistro is a great place for after work nibbles or dinner, I like it the very best at lunchtime. Why? Their lunch menu is very reasonable price-wise (relative to the dinner menu, anyway).
Order a bowl of Edamame for starters and one of their combination lunch plates. You'll walk out with a smile on your face.

I've been here twice now, once for dinner and again for lunch, both times were great. I think it might be the extensive menu that will keep me coming back - they have so many different and creative sushi rolls with names like "mango tango roll", "Godzilla roll", and "belltown roll" - I have yet to have a roll that doesn't satisfy my sushi needs! I think they have over 30 rolls listed on their menu - and they all look amazing so I'll be back again for sure.
If you are tired of seeing the same rolls over and over again you need to check this place out - I promise you will not be disappointed! Something to keep in mind however is that my sushi standards are probably not that high - I frequent Blue C Sushi a lot - so this was definitely a step up for me!

I definitely have to agree that the decadence roll is incredible. Avacado and tempura asparagus with a wasabi aioli. It has kept me coming back and trying new things, hoping that it's taste will be matched by something else. I finally learned to stick with what works, though the Seattle roll also is quite good. The green tea tiramisu is a bit much for a purist like me. Unfortunately, the decadence roll isn't on their half-price happy hour menu, but it's worth it anyway.

Okay, I admit this isn't the best sushi in town, nor is the ambience anything to write home about, but it is a fun environment and the sushi is above average and affordable so I have three suggestions:
1) Chef's special; order your rice on the side and four people will have a great selection of sashimi and eat very well for $30!
2) Decadence roll, a yummy taste explosion. Seriously, try it, you will not be disappointed!
3) Oh and a bonus, since I am a self proclaimed Bloody Mary connoisseur, try the wasabi bloody, yum yum yum!
