Great pho (vietnamese beef noodle soup)! Awesome prices!!! Service is quick but ok. The best is that they give you a little cream puff to start out with, but I usualy have that as a dessert. It has mulitple locations all through out the Seattle area. Make sure you don't wear anything that requires dry cleaning, the smell of the soup would stay with you for the rest of the day.

Than Brothers makes truly delicious pha noodle soup. This Vietnamese dish can be ordered with beef (various options), chicken or vegetarian. I usually get the chicken, but have never been disappointed with anything on the menu. The soup is fragrant, delicately balanced and seasoned, and comes in huge portions. They also give you home made cream puffs for free, and your meal can easily come in under $5. Especially on a cold, wet Seattle day, nothing warms you up like Than Brothers.

Pho - basically, broth soup with a liberal quantity of noodles, mushrooms, bean sprouts, mint leaves, and whatever meats you order - has to be one of the best deals every. For less than $6, you get giant bowl of soup, which is very filling, not very fattening, and pretty healthy. Oh, and it's quick to dish out, too - average time between ordering and eating is bout 2 minutes.
The Than Brothers have stores all over Seattle, and all of them have show the French influence on Vietnam by serving their dish with a very tasty cream puff. Be warned that all of their stores are cash only.

Want to grab some lunch without breaking the bank? Than Brothers is one of several places on the University District Ave (University Way) specializing in Pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup. The soup is good, but it's really about the cream puffs. We each received a complimentary puff with our pho. Another Than Brothers restuarant on Broadway is near a house where my fiancee and his friends gather every Friday for a gaming night - and one of his friend often goes to Than Brothers just to get a dozen cream puffs for the group. As for the soup, there are a number of choices of pho, and you will be given jalepeno peppers, basil, lime, and lots of sauces to put in your soup if you want more flavor. The medium bowl was too much for me to eat, and they serve a large and X-tra large as well. A meal will probably be under $10.
