I love CBP! A few weeks ago I started taking Heather's mat class on Saturday's and working with Jana during the week for my private sessions, and I have already noticed a tremendous difference in my strength. I can FEEL the difference in my core, and I try to focus on it in my everyday life. I think the combination between mat classes and private sessions has really been effective. The studio is fun, clean, encouraging, and the instructors are fabulous!!!

The classes are small and personalized and very effective. The location in the heart of Madison Valley is very convenient and the studio is warm and inviting.

I adore this place! I switched from a different studio to work with an instructor at Conscious Body Pilates about a month ago and I am already seeing significant results in both my strength and flexibility. Also, I am in my second trimester of pregnancy, and it so nice and comforting to be working with someone who is formally trained and qualified to work with pregnant woman. My instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and really tailors the program to my needs. The studio is clean, beautiful and generally an incredibly peaceful place to work out. I feel fantastic and I think have Conscious Body Pilates to thank for that!
