I bought two bicycles here and came back a year later when the weather and wear had them shifting poorly. I even signed up with the $50/year "club" for discounts, but apparently that doesn't apply to service outside 30 days after purchase.
I could get on the service schedule two weeks later, after which they promised the bikes might be ready in a month. When I missed getting my bikes there on the service date, I went to the back of the line.
I took my bikes to Recycled Cycles and got them worked on the same day.
I'll come back to Performance Bicycle for parts and accessories, but I'll take my service work someplace that wants it.

They started as a catalog retailer, but now have a few retail locations in the Seattle area. They have sales constantly, and eyewear in particular is a category that gets marked down a lot (and for which you mught be better off buying online due to selection / price).
I just looked at their site, and they have at least one style with an Rx adaptor for sale at around $70 (not cheap, but pretty good for cycling eyewear). Here's a http://www.performancebike.com/inform/store_profile.cfm?Store_ID=91 to their Seattle store page - you can browse or launch a search from there.
