I've used Rob for over 5 years. He helped me with both my puchase and My refinance. Both Times he was quick and very knowledgable. Sharilyn Patterson's service was second to none, she helped us buy and sell 3 times. We just love her, she's like family now. It is always great working with her. We never felt that she didn't have time for us, answered all of the questions we had and even some we hadn't thought of. We always feel that she's looking out for us and our best interest.
She keeps us up to date on what the market is doing and always has a smile and a kind word for us. One of our purchases required a great amount of negotiating and Sharilyn definitely got us the best deal, and never alienated the sellers or their agent so everyone felt really good about the entire transaction.
I've referred Sharilyn to several friends and family who've all shared their gratitude with me for the referral. She's just a great person and an exceptional realtor...can't say enough good things about her!

As Amy's first official real estate clients, we were impressed with her knowlege and resources. Having worked with Amy in her previous position, I was well aware of how detail oriented and fabulously obsessive compulsive she was about making all of the pieces fit together correctly and with the greatest possible efficiency. She also has the advantage of coming from a "Real Estate Family." Additionally, boyfriend and I both had the benefit of purchasing houses in the past and knowing what to expect. I had absolute confidence in her abilities. Which doesn't mean there weren't frustrations.
After a couple of near-misses, having entirely to do with the insane Seattle real estate market, I was ready to quit looking for a while. But Amy wasn't. She convinced us to go out in the middle of a rainstorm to look at just a few more houses, and the last one, we both knew as soon as we saw it, was our home. From that night when we immediately wrote the offer, through a gruelling negotiation process, Amy didn't miss a beat. We are deighted with our home, what we paid for it and how the deal come together. We will absolutely contact Amy when we are ready to make our next purchase.

The web site is very user friendly, informative, pleasing to view and the description/imagery for each property is extensive. Our experience has been that the rentals are even more spectacular than the photos can portray. Sea to Sky doesn't disappoint!
Staff are very helpful; reservations, payment and check in have been made extremely simple.

I must say that Cayce & Gain was great to me. I have viewed multiple properties of theirs and they all seem to be in alot better condition than othe rplaces I have seen. They by far have the best selection of rentals in West Seattle. No one will compare to them! Also they are the only company in West Seattle who has all their rentals online. I recommend them to everyone I know! If you have a property in West Seattle, Cayce & Gain, by far, is the ebst company to go with. I wasn't disappointed and you won't be either!

Michael Ackerman (and his partner Ron Waxman) take the care for being the best realtors we've come across. They helped us buy our first house and have subsequently sold a house for friend and helped two other friends buy houses. Everyone gives Michael huge thumbs up. Why is he so good?
-Michael knows the market very well, meaning: he knows neighborhoods, he knows how the "game" works on bidding, he knows the best loan structure, the best mortgage lenders, the best way to rise to the top in the list of potential buyers (it isn't all about money)...
-Michael gets to know his clients and befriends them- he learns about your values, your interests, your vibe and once he does, he nails the types of houses you are looking for- he has incredible intuitions and he was spot on with us everytime.
-Michael is the most hilarious man- we loved spending time with him (and Ron) looking at houses and we were frankly sad when we found our home because we knew we would see less of Michael- we looked forward to our outings like they were a double date of sorts- we laughed a ton and just had fun!

I don't know if there's anything more stressful than buying and/or selling your home. When you're single and working crazy hours, it's all the more stressful. If I hadn't lucked into finding Kasmin Scott, I think I would have gone insane (and I probably was half-way there) when I recently sold my condo and bought a new home.
The reason why Kasmin is just the coolest realtor ever is that not only is she super-professional, well-organized, and extremely savvy, but she could have been a great counselor or life coach. Boy, did I need someone to vent to while house-hunting, and Kasmin was always there to listen and offer support. I actually looked forward to looking at houses just so we could chat. It's funny, when I told some of my married friends about my experience with Kasmin, they said they were jealous because their husbands weren't always actively involved throughout the home buying process, and they could have used some extra support!
There are probably lots of good realtors out there, and lots of good listeners, I'm just glad I found the best of both worlds.
