My recommendation: Leon Woffenden at Lake Realty. When we were looking for a house, I talked to several realtors. We told them what we wanted to spend, and they proceeded to show us homes priced above what we wanted to spend; they implied that we could never find a decent home for the (not insubstantial) amount we were willing to spend. Unlike all the other realtors, Leon listened us and took a totally can-do attitude about finding us the home we wanted. We looked at great places, he offered great insights into the market, and we found a home that was perfect for us. I strongly recommend Leon!
