Being a new home buyer, one of the toughest thing to do is figuring out this whole mortgage thing. Reading all the books I could only help me so much. I talked to Well's Fargo and although they were nice, they were also closely tied to my home builder, so upon a recommendations from a co-worker, I went to this mortgage company. I'm happy that I did as my mortgage broker/lender got me a great deal and I felt he was looking after me and not his commission (unlike Well's Fargo). You can trust these guys.

Being a new home buyer, one of the toughest thing to do is figuring out this whole mortgage thing. Reading all the books I could only help me so much.
