Team Reba has been helping our family with Real Estate for a long time, so when my husband and I decided to purchase our first home, they were our natural choice. Being young and a little naive we just assumed all agents were as professional as Team Reba, but our experience enlightened us as to just how awesome Rebecca and her team really are.
Having very limited funds, and a laundry list of needs, (close to family, cheap, not falling down, yard for dogs) we worked with the Team for almost a year before we found just the right home for us. Throughout everything Team Reba was supportive and we never felt pushed to buy something that didn't suit us. When we finally found what we were looking for, Reba jumped in both feet first and we made an offer. Little did we know at the time that we would all be doing a lot more jumping (through hoops) throughout the next 5 weeks.
It seemed the sellers, and their agent, were interested only in making the sale very hard for us. We had to sign away a lot of standard back outs, giving them the power. We did, but we also changed our bid to include closing costs, and a few other items. They accepted and we all prepared for the closing day. As the closing day drew nearer, the sellers realized that they had agreed to pay our closing costs, apparently they had missed this crucial part of the contract.
So they decided that they just weren't going to sign the closing documents. At this point it was very clear to all involved that the oversight of the closing costs was the fault of the selling agent, in fact, he admitted it. But he refused to take responsibility and fork up the money out of his already inflated commission. We tried to come to an agreement, offered money on our side from both us and Team Reba.
Finally after the closing date passed and we had to start speaking with a lawyer did the Broker for the selling agent step in and take over for the incompetent agent. I guess they realized finally that they were going to be facing a lawsuit if they didn't resolve it with us. During this very emotional and frustrating experience Team Reba was there at all times, they sheltered us from the onslaught of stupidity and incompetence from the selling agent, and in the end gave up a portion of their hard earned commission to help us finalize the sale. They proved to be the best agents in the West, complete with smoking rifles.
I would with glee and enthusiasm recommend Team Reba to anyone looking for an agent who is extremely professional, fun, and knows how and when to defend you from idiots.

Our recent experience with a home purchase with findwell was simply superb. It was our first home and we had already decided on the location and house and decided to work with findwell ( Kevin) to help us through the pricing and negotiations. Kevin was extremely responsive, provided us with excellent assistance through not only with the home purchase but pointers on mortgage, minor repairs found from inspection etc. He was a pleasure to work with ,closed the deal very quickly with in the timeframe we wanted and made our home buying experience absolutely pain free ! Their service is par excellent and you get a nice rebate back in your hand !
We would strongly recommend Kevin and findwell teams services to anyone who may be looking to buy or sell their home. You would definitely want to meet with them once atleast to know it for yourself !

In any relationship, the key element is communication and trust, and John embodies both of these in his business transactions. From the sale of our first home in Ballard, to the purchase of our new home in Green Lake, we felt that John was working in our best interest as buyer and seller. He also was extremely prompt with communication, including driving miles to find cell phone reception in the woods of Michigan to check in. His data and analysis was balanced with common sense and the willingness to explain anything - we felt that he was realistic with the market conditions. Becoming a first time home owner with Wendy as my agent and adviser was a wonderful and exciting experience. While working with Wendy in search for the perfect place, I found her to be extremely informative, patient, professional and caring. So many weekends were spent looking at various places in my preferred neighborhoods. At each showing, she would ask me about my like and dislike of the place. Then she would take those information, synthesize them, and find out even more potentially promising properties to show me the next time we met. I truly feel that she is a role model in her profession, informing the client with facts; providing answers/documents promptly; and guarding the client's best interest. Sitting in my perfectly cute first home, all I can say is THANK YOU, Wendy!!

Six years after Dan helped me find and purchase a great condo, he assisted in the sale of that same place. He had some great and inexpensive ideas on how to fix it up and stage it while I still resided there with the result being multiple offers and a higher price than we had asked for! All that during the start of the Seattle condo slump in Summer '07. He also helped us buy our house a few months later (we made four offers in five months before finally obtaining a home!). Three successful transactions with Lake and Dan Goforth. I highly recommend them both!

I must say that Cayce & Gain was great to me. I have viewed multiple properties of theirs and they all seem to be in alot better condition than othe rplaces I have seen. They by far have the best selection of rentals in West Seattle. No one will compare to them! Also they are the only company in West Seattle who has all their rentals online. I recommend them to everyone I know! If you have a property in West Seattle, Cayce & Gain, by far, is the ebst company to go with. I wasn't disappointed and you won't be either!

I don't know if there's anything more stressful than buying and/or selling your home. When you're single and working crazy hours, it's all the more stressful. If I hadn't lucked into finding Kasmin Scott, I think I would have gone insane (and I probably was half-way there) when I recently sold my condo and bought a new home.
The reason why Kasmin is just the coolest realtor ever is that not only is she super-professional, well-organized, and extremely savvy, but she could have been a great counselor or life coach. Boy, did I need someone to vent to while house-hunting, and Kasmin was always there to listen and offer support. I actually looked forward to looking at houses just so we could chat. It's funny, when I told some of my married friends about my experience with Kasmin, they said they were jealous because their husbands weren't always actively involved throughout the home buying process, and they could have used some extra support!
There are probably lots of good realtors out there, and lots of good listeners, I'm just glad I found the best of both worlds.

My husband and I hired Jennifer to sell our home. It was a difficult property to sell and Jennifer was very creative with her strategy. It worked! The house sold for just what we wanted and now we are living our dream - retirement!

Michael Ackerman (and his partner Ron Waxman) take the care for being the best realtors we've come across. They helped us buy our first house and have subsequently sold a house for friend and helped two other friends buy houses. Everyone gives Michael huge thumbs up. Why is he so good?
-Michael knows the market very well, meaning: he knows neighborhoods, he knows how the "game" works on bidding, he knows the best loan structure, the best mortgage lenders, the best way to rise to the top in the list of potential buyers (it isn't all about money)...
-Michael gets to know his clients and befriends them- he learns about your values, your interests, your vibe and once he does, he nails the types of houses you are looking for- he has incredible intuitions and he was spot on with us everytime.
-Michael is the most hilarious man- we loved spending time with him (and Ron) looking at houses and we were frankly sad when we found our home because we knew we would see less of Michael- we looked forward to our outings like they were a double date of sorts- we laughed a ton and just had fun!
