I have referred several friends to Jon Hunter for buying and selling their homes or condos. He is professional, honest, dedicated, and extremely effective. Everyone who has used him for their real estate needs has come back to me and been incredibly impressed with his skill, knowledge, hard work, and professionalism. During our initial meeting, Jon was professional, organized, direct, and to my surprise, didn't walk out immediately when I listed my home requirements. Queen Anne, affordable, washer/dryer, modern and clean. This list didn't include the thousands of other details that continued to evolve in my mind. Throughout the process, Jon communicated with me on a regular basis and consistantly located properties that met most of my criteria. While looking at properties, Jon was objective, knowledgeable, accommodating and focued. I never felt uncomfortable or felt as if I needed a second opinion to make sure Jon wasn't leading me down a slippery slope. Jon remained calm and composed in working with me, which I have been told is challenging in general. Jon found me the perfect condo on Queen Anne that was afforable, clean, containing a washer/dryer, modern and with a large balcony. Jon made the process easy, as close to fun as possible and generally stress free. Jon accommodated my many requests, often times on a moment's notice with little fanfare. I highly recommend Jon and look forward to working with him again!"
