If you use Prudential Northwest Realty with its two locations in West Seattle, try agent John McCarthy or Eve Anthony. I have worked along with realtors for over 15 years. I've seen many that are good and many that are not so good. What I call good is looking out for the best interest of the customer. All do not have that in mind. Don't be fooled. John McCarthy is probably the most down to earth, easy going not just realtor but person I have ever met. But when it comes time to handle his customers, he goes the full route. He listens, he searches, he does a lot of leg work with the customer needs in mind. He's terrific if you are looking for a good realtor.
