Team Reba has been helping our family with Real Estate for a long time, so when my husband and I decided to purchase our first home, they were our natural choice. Being young and a little naive we just assumed all agents were as professional as Team Reba, but our experience enlightened us as to just how awesome Rebecca and her team really are. Having very limited funds, and a laundry list of needs, (close to family, cheap, not falling down, yard for dogs) we worked with the Team for almost a year before we found just the right home for us. Throughout everything Team Reba was supportive and we never felt pushed to buy something that didn't suit us. When we finally found what we were looking for, Reba jumped in both feet first and we made an offer. Little did we know at the time that we would all be doing a lot more jumping (through hoops) throughout the next 5 weeks. It seemed the sellers, and their agent, were interested only in making the sale very hard for us. We had to sign away a lot of standard back outs, giving them the power. We did, but we also changed our bid to include closing costs, and a few other items. They accepted and we all prepared for the closing day. As the closing day drew nearer, the sellers realized that they had agreed to pay our closing costs, apparently they had missed this crucial part of the contract. So they decided that they just weren't going to sign the closing documents. At this point it was very clear to all involved that the oversight of the closing costs was the fault of the selling agent, in fact, he admitted it. But he refused to take responsibility and fork up the money out of his already inflated commission. We tried to come to an agreement, offered money on our side from both us and Team Reba. Finally after the closing date passed and we had to start speaking with a lawyer did the Broker for the selling agent step in and take over for the incompetent agent. I guess they realized finally that they were going to be facing a lawsuit if they didn't resolve it with us. During this very emotional and frustrating experience Team Reba was there at all times, they sheltered us from the onslaught of stupidity and incompetence from the selling agent, and in the end gave up a portion of their hard earned commission to help us finalize the sale. They proved to be the best agents in the West, complete with smoking rifles. I would with glee and enthusiasm recommend Team Reba to anyone looking for an agent who is extremely professional, fun, and knows how and when to defend you from idiots.

I am working with Team Reba on my second transaction and have referred others without hesitation. Rebecca and team are very focused on clearly understanding your needs and expectations associated with each transaction, and then pull out all of the stops to make it happen. I do not have to worry or check-in on how things are going as they take care all of the hassles for me, and given my schedule, that's a huge plus. Furthermore Rebecca and team are very clear on what they need from me in order to execute a successful transaction on my behalf. As someone who used Rebecca to buy their first home and then subsequently sell it, the transparency that her and her team provided helped immensely.

That's Team Reba! We were referred through the ReMax network and our selling agent was so good in Florida that we doubted we could find one that came close in Seattle! Never fear - Rebecca's here! She was able to balance our demands, our constraints and our inconsistencies while carrying on a detailed conversation about gourmet food and exquisite wines (two of our favorite topics)! We had a great time in the dreary month of January looking at houses from Edmonds to Des Moines and were happily settled in West Seattle in February. Having been a Realtor for 12 years in upstate NY, I know the business. Rebecca and her team are the very BEST!

Kirk and I would have to agree with all of the previous six reviewers. When it comes to real estate agents, Rebecca and Team Reba are over the top! We happened onto them when we took one of their free classes at a local community center a few years ago. We subsequently purchased several investment properties with their help. Through them we have gained a tremendous deal of education, confidence and wonderful connections. We have enthusiastically recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Several months ago we decided to begin the process of buying/selling a home. We were very nervous about the process and were not confident that we had enough knowledge of the process to make wise and timely decisions. We discovered Team Reba by chance and can say without a doubt that they are remarkable to work with. Throughout the process we have been well-informed and treated with respect. Team Reba is the epitome of what a real estate team should be. One aspect about Team Reba that we find most important is trust. Team Reba is TRUSTWORTHY! During all of our communications we never felt like we were conducting business. We feel that we are not only clients, but that we are actually cared for. We have used several of their referrals for various items such as escrow, financing, home inspection, carpentry, and they have all provided top-notch services for us. If you want a Realtor team at the top of their game..... this is the one! We recently relocated to the Seattle-Redmond area from out of state. We had limited to no knowledge of the area, schools, and the WA housing-market in general. We were fortunate enough to find Rebecca & Team Reba and with their assistance we are happily searching for a home. We went through other Realtors and never found the right one until we worked with Team Reba. What was missing with the others, that we were able to find with Team Reba? A Realtor who listens to your needs, expertise of not only real estate, but also the area/s, professionalism, and a wealth of knowledge....all of our questions have been answered.
