With Peggy's help, we found and purchased our home near Greenlake in less than one week. Although she lists houses for sale, I belive her real skill is finding exactly what you want, and although she covers the Seattle are, I think she is best finding homes north of the Ship Canal (such areas as Wallingford, Fremont, Ballard, University District, Greenlake, Greenwood, Maple Leaf, Shoreline, etc.).
