I have been a customer of O'Neil plumbing for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with them and recommend to anyone. I have tried other plumbing companies such as Southwest plumbing and been charged twice as much for less work. The staff at Southwest is always helpful and responsive. Very professional business.

Hi, first of all i would like to take this opportunity to thank Roto-rootter for responding quickly as possible and for this reason i took my Auntie's advice that if I have a problems with plumbing; drainig and clogs better call right away Roto-rooter and they will be there when you need it most.
Paul Warner was the one sent by Roto-rooter and my first impression for him was a very pleasant and easy to talk to and he will give you an answer if you have a ny questions and will not interupting you while talking, and very well organized and he knows exactly what he's doing had a very pleasing personality and easy to approach. He gave me some information reagrding waht happened to my draining system and giving me tips on jhow to avoid clogging...very knowlegable.
Thank you Paul Warner you deserved this review and you are an asset to your company.

Their field rep came out to give me a price to install a new gas water heater He said it would cost $2,000.00 and I told him to get lost. He then asked how much I was willing to pay for the job and I told him $1,200 total. They took the "deal". I am in my mid eighties and they were simply trying to scam an old man.
Anyway, the installation was well done but they should be ashamed of their business prcatices. However, what goes around comes around and eventually it will all catch up with them.

We moved into an old house a couple months ago and since needed some major work done to our plumbing. We had a lot of the pipes replaced along with a new water heater and a couple faucets. These guys did a great job at an honest price. They came back when we had a small issue with a minor leak no questions asked. We would use them again.

I called for a plumber at 11:00pm and Roto-Rooter was the only Seattle plumbing company I could find that answered their phone that late at night. The plumber was at out house in less that an hour. He introduced himself, listened to my concerens and checked for the plumbing problem. He found the problem in minutes and quoted me the price in writing. Them he went to work and was done in about an hour. He was very informative and told me what he was doing as he did it. When he was finished, he told me how to prevent the problem from happening again.What GREAT service!

I would recommend Perkins & Sons Plumbing and in particular their employee, Erik Dow. He's been great to work with for jobs in my own homes and he's also done work for some of my real estate clients. His work ethic is good and he has a very wry and dry sense of humor. He's also done a lot of work for many in my circle of friends here in the Seattle area.
Examples of jobs he's done are toilet replacements, pipe repairs (crawl spaces), whole house plumbing inspections, and rerouting plumbing to move a washer and dryer into a lower level of a house (basement) from the main level and installing a pump to help move water out of the lower level during the wash cycle.

I had an old drain pipe that was leaking. I received a coupon from Joe's and so I called them. The plumber came on time, was very polite and knowledgeable and replaced the leaking section with new pipe. I never did ask what the rate was (I forgot to) but when I got the bill it was lower than what I was expecting. I definitely recommend using them.
