Called dispatch. Within a few minutes of the call to dispatch, Jim called me, told me he was in the area, and would be right over. Less than 10 minutes later he was here, and had the problem diagnosed. Due to this being an old house, there were some logistical issues replacing the wax ring on the toilet. Jim was very forthcoming and thorough about what he was doing to fix the problem, and gave helpful advice on what I should think about doing for a more permanent fix. I will definitely use Fischer Plumbing in the future. Service was excellent, and done in a very timely manner. Thank you!

Overall not pleased. Showed up late, overcharged for materials. I didn't get ripped off, but they're definitely not for the frugal. Made an appointment for 11AM-1PM. Service called at 3PM and showed up at 3:30PM. Job was very quick ~15 min as I had done some of the legwork myself earlier. Charged more than $30 for "material" which consisted of two 3/4" brass fittings and teflon tape and sealent.

I experienced incredible service from Fischer. Dan was excellent and as a property manager I've worked with plenty of plumbers. Fischer is by far the best I've worked with, they were on time, did the job quickly and had all the tools need to perform the service with little interruption to the tenants. BTW the project is near 98104 in Seattle and it seemed as if they were their within 10 mins of calling them. Who knows maybe they have esp too ;-) Thanks guys, I'll be calling you again! Dan
