The Smith Tower has good views of the city - from a lower vantage point than the Bank of America Tower or Space Needle, but has the added bonuses of a lower admission price than the Needle and a really interesting little room at the top of the tower. It's called the Chinese Room, and it's decorated with intricate woodwork and a ornate chair with a neat superstition attached to it. The hours vary, so check their website.
