When I want a thick crust pizza, this is my favorite place in Seattle, though I doubt that I would go here for anything but the pizza. They add tons of cheese, copious amounts of sauce, and do a very good job with the flavors. The atmosphere definitely isn't top notch, but it's more personal than a typical chain-restaurant, and there are occasional personal touches, especially around the holidays.

The Olympia Pizza and Spaghetti House III is on the north end of Capitol Hill. The restaurant is situated in a long narrow building that extends back from the street, so there are very few window tables. The type of pizza served here is deep dish, and it is very good. A thick flaky crust and traditional sauce are the basis for every pizza. They also have the obligatory Italian dishes (Lasagna, etc.) and serve beer and wine. The food here is reasonably priced, and is just as good as Bill's Off Broadway. The difference is that Bill's is more of a hangout joint and has a bar, while Olympia Pizza is a much quieter restaurant.
