If you want both low cost and good quality, you want Ballard Camera! They are quick and will re-do prints if you don't like how it turns out. They have a large stock of equipment, chemicals, and photo paper if you develop things yourself as well. They also have a good selection of scrap booking supplies. Parking can be an issue since they're right on Ballard Way, but it's worth it, especially if you're in a hurry. If you want even higher quality prints, go to Moonphoto on Greenwood.

This little place made a good impression on me when I went there to get reprints of a couple photos.
They did an extra good job by printing a couple types of prints and letting me choose which I liked best.
I've also found some pretty good frames here.
They also have mailing services, but I haven't used them for that yet.

Pro Lab, on Leary Way between Fremont and Ballard, does the best prints in Seattle.
They won't be the cheapest, but they will be the best.
Even if you are not the kind of person who keeps film in the fridge, you should check out Pro Lab.

This place is a bit seedy but I gotta say that its' architecture as an old movie or bowling place makes it kinda cool. Other than it's architecture it's just a basic drug store doing the convenient thing of getting you maalox or a kit kat when you need it.

We go to the Bartells on 45th because it's convenient. No other reason. The merchandise selection is always a little weak and the place is just kind of sketchy. Run down. If you're looking for basic drug store merchandise or to get a prescription filled it's fine but I'd rather shop elsewhere if given the choice
