Contrary to what the other review said, the outside is a direct reflection on what goes on inside. I just picked up my dog after he was supposed to get a puppy cut only to find him shaved from the neck down! This is NOT what I wanted or what I asked for. The hair cutter was an old man who obviously did not understand what I said...even though I was very specific with him. The buzz cut wasn't even even and there were even places where it was apparent that he had cut too close to the skin and nicked my poor dog...enough to cause blood and future scabbing! Please use my experience as lesson and do not take your dog here.

La Coupe is a dog groomer near University Village. I have driven by it numerous times and was always hesitant to try it based upon the poor looking store window and badly painted sign. One day my dog was badly in need of a bath so I just dropped in to try it. The inside is nicer than the outside and the staff was friendly. They had an opening and a couple of hours later I had a clean and nicely groomed dog. They are a few dollars more expensive than Kristi's in Wedgewood ( http://www.judysbook.com/cities/seattle/Pet-Supplies/23535773/p1/Kristi_s_Grooming_Company.htm ), but, unlike Kristi's, they are easy to get into on short notice.
