I've been visiting Kristi's at their Wedgwood location for 6 years now. I have a short-haired mini dachshund, so our grooming needs are pretty limited (a nail trim every couple of weeks). But the care and compassion they show our dog there keeps us coming back. They remember us and know what we're there for as soon as we walk in. Scooter won't let anyone else cut his nails! They exude confidence and the animals pick up on it. My only quibble is with their 8-4 Tuesday-Saturday schedule, but I make the time to get there. Also, it's unfortunate that they moved down to Bryant, but it looks like it will be a better location if they ever re-open!

They did a good job grooming. However, I find that they always prefer that I bring my dogs on 2 separate days (which is extremely inconvenient) and that the staff is only friendly when Kristi is present. So go on the days when Kristi is there. Pros: good job grooming Cons: customer service, scheduling

We have a Westie and this place was recommended to me by a fellow Westie owner. Not everyone can do a Westie cut correctly, but they have nailed it every time I have been there, and thats almost four years of grooming appointments! They are friendly, they take notes and keep cards on your dog, they are reasonable price wise ($45-50 for my Westie) and the place is relatively clean (of course there is lots of dog hair flying around :) It isn't a large place, but it's well run, and I never have a problem calling early in the week, and can usually get in that Saturday, or sometimes I have to wait until the following. You can leave your dog there until 4pm, if you have errands to run. They like to have all the dogs in to the salon by 9am or so. Parking is easy, and I'm very glad I found this place!

Kristi's is our first choice when we take on dog in for a haircut or bath. They are friendly, professional, and always do a good job. The only downside is that you usually need to call ahead several days to get in.
