They have both the clinical knowledge to provide sound nutritional information and advice, as well as the interpersonal and counseling skills needed to help one figure out how to best incorporate changes into one's life. They are both passionate about their work and seem truly invested in their clients' health and well-being. I especially appreciated Kathleen's understanding of how to work with people with histories of eating disorders.
