They even have a room for you to go when you have numbing cream on that has a fireplace. very elegant, comfortable and not stuffy. The staff is warm and friendly. They are taking this recession thing seriously and creating great beauty ideas for those of us on a budget. Their peel specials can have similar results to laser treatments and much much much less expensive. Their fillers are the best prices in town and injected by an MD with lots of experience, Dr. Tammy. I had a peel and perlane in my cheeks and Iook fabulous if I don't say so myself! Check it out, and if you refer a friend, you both get $50.00 off!!!! I received quite a few treatments with Dr. Tami Meraglia. I paid a lot of money and got NO RESULTS! Dr. Meraglia promised I would see incredible differences in my face and body. I still have all the wrinkles and cellulite I had before and my face now has weird darker spots I never had before. I had to go to a dermatologist in Bellevue to have those removed! Save your money and don't go to Vitality Medical Spa! Don't make the same mistake I made. Pros: NONE! Cons: NO RESULTS! WASTED MY MONEY!

I visited this spa for the first time last week and had a wonderful experience. You can tell that Dr. Mergalia really knows what she's doing and that she also cares about her clients. The staff there was also wonderfully supportive. I went in there feeling worn out and dragged down and came out feeling beautiful and restored. I can't wait to go back!!!!

It's been a week since I saw Dr. Meraglia (for the second time). My reunion is this weekend so she wanted to make me look great! And she did! She suggested Radiesse and Botox and that's what I went with. Not only is she upbeat and fun to be around, her work is excellent. She doesn't just stick a needle in and send you on your way, she then puts on her artistic cap and massages (molds) the area to make sure it looks right, with no bumps in the wrong place. She is passionate about her work (which covers not only the outside, but the inside - go to one of her Wellness Clinics) and it shows. The office assistants are attentive and respectful. The whole experience was wonderful. No more looking for cosmetic doctors and spas for me, I'm there for life! Thanks Dr. Meraglia, everyone wants to look their best at their reunion (my 40th) and now I will!! Oh, how could I forget - the price is right!

I've been getting botox and restylane injections for about 6 years. I've shopped around for the best providers and best prices over the years. Luckily, I've never had a bad experience with respect to botox, but I haven't always been happy with the Restylane/Perlane results. Some providers have given me big puffy lips and the experience has been painful. Last month I went to Dr. Meraglia for the first time for botox injections. I am extremely satisifed with the results. I went back to her today for Perlane injections. She used a dental block, and I truly did not feel a thing. There was no discomfort at all. It's been about an hour and the numbness from the dental block has pretty much worn off. The best part is that my lips look fantastic!!! They look very natural. Just a little fuller. Amazingly, they are not swollen at all. Dr. Meragli has a great personality. There is no hard sell. I feel that I am in good hands. The price for the botox was comparable to the other providers I went to. The price for the Perlane was about $150 less than other providers have charged me. It wasn't even a special. I highly recommend Vitality.

I've been having botox every few months for the last year, and last summer had some injectibles done to correct the deep lines around my mouth. I realized it was time to have the lines refilled, but chose to try Vitality, rather than the physician I used last year -- I wasn't horribly unhappy with the other physician, just not really impressed. Vitality's environment was relaxing and pleasant, nicely furnished, very clean. The front staff were attentive, friendly, and very service oriented. Dr. Meraglia was terrific! She spent time with me, totally non-rushed and absolutely patient. Dr. Meraglia did both my botox and purlane injections herself. I was expecting just minimal improvement on the marionette lines because I have non-existent cheek bones and rather heavy cheeks. I was amazed at the improvement, however, a far better than the result I had last year. Additionally, we used just ice to numb the area (Dr. Meraglia offered the option of a dental block, which is what I had last year, and I thought the novacaine injections were worse than the purlane injections, so decided to try to do it with just the ice.) I was really surprised that the pain was basically minimal -- I could feel the tips of the needles a little, but the ice was sufficient to make it far more pleasant than my last experience. In fact, while she finished the last few injections, laying back, listening to some very calming new-age music, I almost found myself dozing off (although I will admit that I had partied a little later than I should have the previous night...) Another plus: NO bruising! I bruise very easily; at the other clinic I had had such severe bruising I had to stay home for 3 days before it had cleared sufficiently to disguise with makeup. This time -- no visible bruising at all! That was wonderful. I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror! I hope that Dr. Meraglia intends to stay in business for many years because I have now become her dedicated and loyal patient. Pros: Great service, treatment, price, results Cons: Not really any! I had an appointment to get my lips done at Vitality Medispa during their recent promotion for Restylane. I had heard about some herb that you can take to decrease bruising. I called and they had it at Vitality but told me that ideally you should start taking it the day before. I could not get there to get it before my appointment so guess what?! The front desk girl drove it to me! That is customer service. BTW, my lips look amazing and.... no bruising. Pros: uncommon customer service

Walking in to Vitality Medispa is great. It looks great, very clean, and even smells good. I had a laser treatment for sun damage on my face (brown spots). I look great. They explained everything including that it may be uncomfortable and offerred to give me free topical numbing cream. The results are supposed to take 3-5 treatments to show up but I look great after only one. I will do my next one in Sept and am looking forward to it. Everyone was friendly and skilled. Thank you! Pros: friendly, treated me like a person not a "patient"
