I bought a bicycle here a few years ago, and was really impressed by the service, both in purchasing and maintaining the bike. They even include a free tune-up within the first year after you purchase a bike there. The sales people we're knowledgeable and friendly. The biggest drawback is that they don't have a huge in-stock selection. You may need to (as I did) order your bike and wait a few weeks for it to come in.
