Living in a small town in Oregon greatly limits our choices for phone and utility services, so we have Qwest for our phone line. Overall I guess they are okay but there are a few things about them that I wish would change.
I've had to call the 800 number several times and it takes forever to get to a live person. You have to listen to a 5 minute spiel that tells you how to access all sorts of other things, but if you have a question about billing, you can expect to get comfortable and wait for quite a while. Once you get someone on the phone they are generally polite, but I did have some issues several years ago where we were over billed and that was never resolved. I might not have much of a choice of phone service, but I can choose whether or not I would recommend them to a friend and I have to say that I would not. Basically I do not like the way they do business.
