I am very happy with Zenith Supplies. Everytime I go into the store especially during the winter its always sunny inside. The essential oils that are available are of superior quality. I have bought from multiples sources and will keep coming back here because of their bulk pricingand quality. They also have a discount for their 16 oz fragrance and essential oils. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly when I have been in. They are knowledgeable about soap and candle and massage items in the store. I think one thing is that you have to do your research before hand on these products; as the employees seem to only say so much...seemslike thats all they allowed to by law.Zenith is greatfor your massage therapy needs too. They have a wide selection of tables. Its nicer and priced better that waking life massage. They have crystals and statues meditation supplies and spa cd's. This just is helpful to get it all in one stop. So thankyou Zenith Supplies!! Hope your around for a long time~ :)

I have a background in Corporate (was an Executive for a large company), so I am familiar with how a company and their employees should treat customers. This place is the worst business I have ever been to. We have a small company that we just started, so need their oils. The quality of their Essential oils is poor. One was rancid (didnt dare return it). They are rude and accusatory (we have an LLC so they told me my "Name" wasn't even on the business license and they were not going to sell to me at wholesale. By the way, LLC's DON'T have your personal name on the license). Forget about asking any questions about products-they act too inconvenienced to be bothered. I am tempted to start another compnay selling oils as these people at Zenith obviously just dont get it.

You would think that after spending well over a $1000.00 in supplies over several years, that the staff and owner would appreciate that. The continued bad attitude and lack of help in the store is something to think about. While they have a nice selection of supplies, they would perhaps benifit from learning about customer service, and show some sense of interest with customers as they shop. It seems that they are over protective, and not able to answer questions about the products, with out attitude. So I get in, and quickly out of the store as the energy is very negative.

Can't even give it one star. Beware - VERY BAD ATTITUDE about defective product returns. The clerk and the manager were accusatory and discourteous and were extremely resistant to giving me my money back from the word go. I was shaking mad by the time I left the store. Was actually told to shut up by a clerk after demanding my money back on a two day old expensive product that was never used and was defective. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a gal. of almond oil from Zenith on 7-16-08. I then stored it in the back of my closet where it is dark and cool. Almond Oil should have a 6-12 month shelf life. On 11-17-08 I pulled the oil out and found black slimy stuff growing on the bottom of the jug. I called Zenith and asked what the black stuff was and they didn't know. I asked about an exchange or refund and they said no and could offer no suggestions or help. This is not the sort of customer service I expect. They will not see me again

While Zenith Supply has a wonderful selection of books and massage related tools, they carry many products containing perfume oils. These scents permeate the bath salts and some oils so when I get them home, they still smell like perfume. I'm allergic to these scents, so it's disappointing. Also, it makes it hard to make a true essential oil blend when the base product is already scented.

They also have a wide selection of both fragrance and aromatherapy oils for you to use or add to your products. Odors can be a little overwhelming in the store, since there are so many in the same place. Parking can also be a little interesting.
