Your relative was not m/c licensed, a 150 scooter requires that. Scooter was delivered to her home for n/c. 3 days later you tell us she didn't need it and you wanted to cancel the sale. You didn’t like the answer, told us you were going to cancel the CC transaction and hung up. We tried to explain that before we refunded the CC we would have to look it over and a $50 fee would be charged for p/u. We attempted to call you back and your daughter, but no one ever called back to resolve this. Sorry you were not happy, but customer service was not the issue here. Pros: two sides to the story Cons: What are the drawbacks?

I recently bought a scooter from this shop for my relative- over the phone- even though I said I would like my relative to test drive the scooter before buying- they wouldn't let them. The scooter was delivered, and my relative could not even start it. It hasn't been moved from the place where it was dropped off, about 3-4 business days ago, but once you buy it, you're stuck with it.. That is unless you want to pay this fee and that fee and an inspection fee etc etc. Talk about missing the boat on customer service!

Nice staff & experienced, let you ride plenty of test bikes. Most places have young staff that think they are too cool to help you, not this gig. Service & parts are good, sometimes service area is too busy and wait is long. Bikes are pricey with little downward mobility, definitely a great bike and worth checking out and buying, you won't be disappointed. Power + Style + Attitude = Happy Days Pros: Easy & helpful staff, +selection, + parts Cons: Not much negotiation room

If you're in search of anything Italian...look no further. Ducati Seattle is located next to Buca de Bepo...what's better than fine food, and fine motor vehicles? Ducati Seattle carries scooters and motorcycles, from Vespa's to Superbikes. The sales crew is helpful, and most of them are bike fanatics too. I had a great experience when I was shopping for my bike. They helped me choose the bike, let me test ride it, and even helped set up the finances. On my way out, they gave me a tshirt and calander :) PROS: great service, great bikes CONS: bikes are expensive

I have a vespa model scooter and much prefer Ducati to the Vespa Dealer. They are cheaper and much easier to deal with. Not snobby at all, they are nice and located centrally, close to dowtown and much more. I always buy oil here and get my repairs done with them, If I have to, I buy parts from Vespa and take them to Ducati.
