Oh, my! We tried this plave tonight and what a mistake. I will skip the review of the terrible service and get straight to the point about the food. It was terrible - the tastes and smells of the plates we were served still linger in my mind. I had two bites of my enchilada platter, the runny beans, the greasy rice, and what appeared to be two enchiladas - and that was too much! We could not finish - it was DISGUSTING! Since our server never checked on us after she brought the plates of horror to us, we went to the counter and told her it was inedible - we did not pay - it would have cost over $20 for that mess - not even a bargain. All I have to say is stay away. STAY AWAY!

At first this place may seem a little shady.. a small place hidden in the back of a small mall on Broadway. But immediately you are greeted by friendly service, a warm atmosphere, and excellent food. Everybody I know that has eaten here before loves it, and caution: once you eat here once you may become a regular. I love this place because of its great food at very reasonable prices (quite cheap actually). If you're hungry, generous portions are guaranteed and the food is prepared extremely fast. Also lacks the tacky family fiesta feel of some of the larger chain mexican restaurants in the area. And-- free refills on chips and salsa all night baby! Pros: excellent food, prices, friendly service Cons: , small: no big groups
