A massage that has long lasting positive benefits does exist and the magic hands of Dan Christofferson delivers healing. Does that sound cheesy?? It may for words can't even describe how Dan's work has changed my life: 6 years ago I was told that I needed an invasive knee surgery that would result in me having to stop all the activities I love (roller blading, skiing, hiking, biking). So, I went to Dan. I would describe what he does as postural reconstruction as he has essentially changed the way I move and hold myself. He calls it Heller Work. Whatever it is I am healthy, more active and without pain than I ever have been.
In all honesty he has given me my life and my mobility.

She is very kind and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She always helps me to feel better. She also has a wealth of knowledge about health, nutrition, exercise and stretching techniques. She doesn't just stop at massage, she can help guide you to a Whole Health approach. She also has an extensive network of colleagues who she can recommend if you need acupuncture, yoga, chiropractic, etc. She is great for treatment massage and relaxation massage.

After being in a car accident and having major whiplash, I consulted with Abrams Chiropractic Clinic to seek immediate care. They took wonderful care of me seeing me about 4 times a week. With over 20 years of experience and well trained and knowledgeable chiropractors and massage therapists, I trusted and felt confident in the service that I was receiving. They did joint adjustment and regular checkups for a few months, and then referred me to their massage specialist where I received relaxing massage as the final touches to restore my joints and muscles to their original shape. When we moved to Seattle in 1997 I had to figure out where to have my hair done. A friend told me that Gene Juarez is always a good choice, so I called for an appointment. Well, my first appointment there was scheduled with a stylist who was not able to see me after all that day. Instead, the receptionist had Yent do my hair. And boy am I glad that she did! Ever since then I have been having Yent do my hair. She has seen me through a wedding and the birth of two children and has always been able to make me feel glamorous.

I have been taking Pilates classes at Todo Bien for over a year now and I have to say it is some of the best instruction I have received. It is also a great location for me (Tangletown neighborhood). The massages are not half-bad, either. The setting may be a little low-key for those used to the more high-tech Pilates studios, but the price is RIGHT ON, the space is charming and cool, and the teachers could not be better.

They take care in sitting down with me and talk to me before the Massage to find out all they can about the massage I need. The staff is skilled, resourceful, and well-educated. They are highly skilled with surprising sensitivity and strength. The clinic staff is very professional and caring and the rooms and lobby are clean and very comfortable.
