We used Shuttle Express' town car service to and from the airport in May '05 and it was great. The driver called to confirm the day before and was on time for the 4AM pickup. She handled all of our luggage with ease (very impressive), helped get the kids' car seats buckled in properly, and was very pleasant on the drive to the airport. The car was clean and roomy. All in all, it was well worth the cost, which was roughly equivalent to what we would have paid to park at the airport.

I just wanted to say that the #41 is awesome. Recently, i switched jobs and have been commuting downtown for the first time ever. Since i have to walk the dogs every morning...which of course puts me behind in getting to the busstop (yes, blaming the dogs:) , I'm always just barely to the transit centre on time. The bus driver with the beard & accent (sorry didn't catch a name) that arrives not too long before 8am is great! I've driven at my previous job so much that, even when not driving i can't help but feel a little like a back seat driver and am always watching how the drivers make their way thru heavy I-5 traffic. A big pat on the back to this awesome driver (who though jerky...(ie. brakes some vs. mean) every once in a while due to heavy traffic) always knows how to cut into the free-est lane, merge at the most efficient part of the downtown exiting lanes, and drives fast!! Thank goodness! This guy and the fact that the bus comes so often has been a life (or, at least job!) saver! ; )

I’ve been using this taxi for many years and I always ask for the same driver named Walter. He is in the business for a long time, and I know that he will never be late, never ask for money, and never come in a car that is not extra clean. That is all I’m looking for when I need ride.

I exclusively take orange cab from my home to SEATAC. I make this trip on average 3 times a month and have been doing so for 6 years (over that time leaving from Queen Anne, Ballard and now West Seattle). They have been late only once and normally turn up 5 mins early, but are happy to sit outside and wait on me before starting the meter. They're all nice folks and are great people to talk to. Never had a dirty car, never had a driver under the influence of anything and they have always been polite.

I have used this company as a vendor for years in my work. They have always been nothing short of outstanding, with every single encounter - no matter the situation. They have a great fleet of cars, wonderful, friendly drivers and excellent service people working behind the scenes.
I highly recommend BMC if you need limo or town car service for any occassion.

i am from a different state. i first called a cab and accidentally gave them the wrong address. i waited for about 15 min and farwest driver calls and says he cant find me. then i give a the correct address. it comes there from the other side of town and services me. i cant believe that they went that far and beyond to help me get a ride. thank you farwest! will always use farwest when in town.
