Very expensive - not good communication 6/22/2006

My wife and I had a discussion with Cheryl (owner) and she was great at first. She did an initial walk through and talked about our budget and project and everything was in good shape. She then was supposed to make a second visit with her designer, but Cheryl never showed and the designer actually laughed out loud at the same budget numbers we gave Cheryl...(who thought our numbers were fine). The designer just seemed rude and condescending...not the experience we were hoping for. Still shopping this project around. Good luck all. more

Good work, but not cheap! 3/22/2006

I had them build some steps at a rental house I own. They did a very neat, professional job, and I'm glad I used them even though it was fairly pricey. They came when they said they would, they were done when they said they would be, and they cleaned up their mess without me having to make a bunch of phone calls. The owner is indeed very friendly, and has a nice portfolio. If the job had been bigger, I might have shopped around more for a better price, but as it is, I'm quite satisfied. more

Can't speak from experience but I've seen work from this co. 11/19/2005

We didn't actually use this co. but they did work on a yard a few blocks down the street from us and it looks spectacular. Part of the yard is on a huge slope and it was Weedville USA. They cleared out the brush, made a nice rock retaining wall and planted some bushes & flowers. Man does it ever look nice! Sorry I can't speak on any particulars, such cost or customer service. My kids & I were walking by and we stopped to watch the workers. The owner of the co., who was very friendly, was onsite and she gave me her card, so that's how I got the name. more
