I have tried many places in Seattle, but Sushi To Go has to be the best sushi by far. Disregard the ambiance (if you're into authentically themed Japanese restaurants) and focus on the food and service. The chef is always sincere and polite to customers and that means a lot to me. You can sit and relax at the bar while ordering up anything from Spicy Tuna Rolls to Eel Nigiri. The food is served with the standard condiments and since it is made in front of you (less than 5 mins.) it is absolutely fresh. I prefer places like this because you are paying reasonable prices (4 to 6 dollars per meal) for great sushi and kind service. Try it at least once. Pros: Fresh food., Kind service., Quick service.
