Its the best place to live in Seattle Downtown. Its little expensive but very well located. The management staff may be rude. My experience with one of the leasing agents (Lily) was horrible. She does not know the solution but still trying to repeat the problem statement again and again and not ready to listen. the earlier agent() was super nice, but she quit after a while. She clearly mentioned the policies. Parking lot is very Unsafe. Someone broke into my car and took away GPS and FM transmitter and $7 cash. The concierge staff is nice. Pros: amenities, movie nights with snacks, regular community events Cons: Management staff, parking/entrance security
