I CANNOT BELIEVE how many different Hobo bags they have at this store! I'm addicted to them--this is the perfect place to feed my addiction. Better than Nordstrom's. They have a lot of unusual gift ideas too...I've brought my girlfriends here to shop and they keep coming back. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (they know all the handbags by name!) and if you stop by more than once they are sure to remember you.

Needing a new comfort I decided to check this place out WOW!!! the finest french linen I have ever seen.The displays,the quality of there products are true elegance. The clerks are all very knowledgeable the only draw back the prices are quite high. But I know I'll be happy with my down comforter.

I am OBSESSED with this store! :) I buy a piece or two from Year of the Monkey every year and have been thrilled with both the product and the experience each time. I am impressed not only with the extensive selection, but the incredible level of customer service that is provided. Not a single visit from friends at my place goes by without people commenting on my gorgeous pieces I have purchased from Year of the Monkey. I joke (only half-joke, actually) about purchasing a larger home so that I can continue to buy even more new pieces--there is always SOMETHING extremely tempting in the store!
Pros: Cool ambience, great selection, personalized service

I went here to get wood so I could build my own desk. The prices were so low that I got some more wood to build the rest of my office furniture, including a desk, a chair, a cabinet made of wood. I even found some cool wooden statues here to place on the mantle of the fireplace that I made of wood.

I am pleased to report that I took the recommendation of one of my fellow Judy's Book members (http://members.judysbook.com/posts/content/review.aspx?ci=4468) and called Wizard Electric for some work I needed done on my Ballard 4-plex.
I placed a call to the office and got a return by the end of that business day. Vern though he could get "one of his guys" out to look at my "situation" the very next day and he did.
John (I think) came out, diagnosed the "situation" and solved my problem in less time than it takes to watch a bad movie (on my new TV ). The price for labor was right the fix did not involve any demolition. WHEW!
Wizard Electrical is among my list of preferred contractors.

When our first fridge arrived from Wiseman's, it didn't work. (Was a manufacturing problem). Wiseman's quickly brought us a temporary unit to use while a replacement was ordered. Very responsive, helpful, and the replacement worked like a charm. Great folks to work with.

This was our first time purchasing replacement windows for our home. I was referred to Windows Doors and More by a friend. We went to their large showroom in Redmond. The salesman was very knowledgeable about windows found us a product that worked into our budget. We were initially shocked at the overall price. We took a couple other bids and they were relatively close. We chose Windows Doors and More. They came and installed the windows and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with our new windows.

Our sales person was an enormous help. The install crew did a great job on a cold and windy day. They even came back on Saturday to finish the job ahead of our painters. Wonderful customer service!
