They carry all the luxury brands including sub zero and viking and do have a repair/service department. I'd recommend giving them a call. Not sure where you purchased your fridge but it's worth giving Albert Lee a call. They are located at the base of the magnolia bridge.

I finally got smart and broke away from Home Dipshit and am so happy I did, There is something to say about local companies that specialize in their field and have been doing it for 50 years. Buy your appliances from these guys, you won't pay the lowest amount, but you WILL get a super knowledgeable staff and on the spot service. Our $2,000 fridge started leaking water 6 months later and they came out and took care of it no charge.

Our contractor, John Manos recommended we go there. They have two things going for them. First, they stock just about everything and second they are reliable. When something breaks they come out and fix it. Buying appliances can vary from the Sears experience to the Costco to Albert Lee. Sears is terrific for refrigerators and the like, but make sure you use consumer reports. Costco is fine if you like what they have there. But, if you want the colors to match and want it to last, these are folks to go visit.

Albert Lee manages to cram a huge selection of all types of appliances into their relatively small store. This actually makes it easy to quickly run down the row of whatever you happen to be buying and compare price, features, etc. Their prices are extremely competetive and their delivery service is also a bonus. Sometimes it can be a long wait for sales help on weekends when the store is crowded but it's worth the wait. Whether you want top quality appliances or something very affordable Albert Lee is the best place in the Seattle area.

If you are not satisfied with run of the mill appliances that you see at the big box stores I'd recommend checking out Albert Lee. They've been in Seattle for decades now and the quality of their merchandise is always first rate. They have all the higher end appliance brands that you could be looking for. The prices are reasonable for the merchandise that you're buying - if you complain about the price you're in the wrong store! Also, their sales team are very skilled and know their product inside and out.
