Recently EStone performed a counter installation for us of a custom marble countertop. The experience was not a good one. They caused about $500 worth of damage during the installation process to the floor by dragging the fridge along it without any padding. Initially they said that our sink would not fit in the cabinet, despite it being correctly sized for the cabinet. We had to get the owner out to show him that it would fit. When they drilled a hole for the faucet, they made it too big and now the faucet is coming loose. Pricing was high for a simple job and the stone was not sealed adequately - it is starting to stain from normally non staining items. Caulking was poorly done and it appears they have used the incorrect color caulk. (white not clear) So far the experience has not been a good one. We are trying to meet with them one more time before deciding on follow up actions.
