After recently getting my dryer repaired and realizing how much lint had collected on the inside of my dryer, I was concerned about the vent to the outside of the house and wanted for safety reasons to clean the vent to prevent a possible fire. I called Ventmasters and received an appointment on the same day I called. The technician arrived early in the time frame I was given. He was polite and professionally attired. He worked quickly and efficiently. He answered all of my questions about the cleaning and the condition of my dryer vent. I had been quoted a reasonable price, but the best part? I was charged even less than I was quoted on the phone! How often does that happen? Overall a very painless job and it put a lot of concerns to rest.
