I realized when I answered a previous question about my house, I mentioned Ron's services but I hadn't done a review yet. I will fix that right now! If you have an old house (or new) I would highly recommend the Gutter Factory to do your new gutters. We have an old Craftsman that had the old original gutters on them and needless to say ninety year old wood gutters are not pretty or useful. In order to stay with the style of the house, Ron custom built our gutters. They are now clean, ready for rain and will actually work as intended. Ron's quote was reasonable, he was friendly, full of interesting advice and did wonderful work! I highly, highly recommend him!

Ron Moore came to our house to give an estimate for replacing the gutters and quickly realized that he himself had installed them 25 or 26 years ago. He even remembered where he was going on vacation the year he installed them. Very cool. Talk about personal service. He mailed us our estimate promptly, when we were ready to schedule work he came out right away and he even takes away and recycles your old gutters. Everything was perfect and complete in one day. Along with our invoice he noted other things on the house that needed attention for better drainage. I wish he offered more services because you only need new gutters every 25 years.

Ron at Gutter Factory is the best! I had him out to look at my gutters for replacement a couple months ago...turns out he was the installer on the current set 25 years ago! He gave a very competitive bid and was attentive a patient with all of my questions. We set up a time for him to come out on a Monday. The timing was tight do to a bank appraiser needing to take photos on Monday afternoon. On Sunday Ron called to tell me that his wife had already planned out his Monday and that he couldn't make it. He realized that our timeline was tight so he offered to come over on Sunday and do the install. What service! The installation was done beautifully, over all a great experience. Thumbs up to Gutter Factory.
