I have called in Bark Louder at four different homes, and they've been awesome! On time, friendly service. The owner, Morgan, is incredibly knowledgeable - he's also great at describing problems to the clients at a level they can grasp. They're fantastic at general networking and computer cleaning, and Morgan was able to solve an incredibly tricky wireless networking problem, too. They're both Mac and PC literate. I'm giving four stars instead of five because they're spendy - but you definitely get what you pay for. I've also tried Home Technologies - who were much more expensive, and not nearly as customer oriented.
