I feel very lucky to have found such a great doctor. He really listens and is very good at putting patients at ease. I would describe his manner as laid back confidence without arrogance. Both my wife and I have been seeing him for over 5 years. His front office staff are also very pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Have been taking my cats here for 14 years. Dr. Anderson is excellent - always takes the time to check everything and follow-up on all of my questions. He has treated my cats for everything from broken bones (he got a specialist in to address the specific fracture) to teeth cleaning. My cat is 16 years old and in perfect health. I do not live in the neighborhood anymore but make the drive back specifically to have Dr. Anderson care for my cat, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The office staff is completely friendly and sympathetic and they always get us back into the exam room promptly, I have never waited or been seen late. Dr. Anderson is equally proficient with both dogs and cats - he has both in his own household. Bottom line - - excellent Vet, highly recommended.

This is my favorite Drug Store, where the staff knows my name! If I can't find an item, they take me to where it is, extremely helpful. The store is clean, well lighted and they offer great bargains. All my picture processing is done there at the Photo Department, very helpful in helping those who aren't to technical to use the photo kiosks. My prescriptions are on file there and service is to be commended. I would definitely recommend Bartell's as a great, friendly Drug Store.

I have had a lot of dental work as a child, and as an adult -- including braces and gum surgery -- and Dr. Bertino is the best dentist I've experienced. Not only is she tops for her expertise in procedures from cleaning to surgery, but also for her caring attitude, clear explanations of conditions, and willingness to spend the time necessary for the patient to understand procedures and choices.

Good: He knows what he is doing and his confidence puts you at ease. He has had a wide range of experience from previously a University of Texas Associate Professor to the battlefields of Iraq. He has been in his own practice in Seattle for about ten years. One of my friends had an eyelid lift from him and she had a great result too.. Other: He was referred by my optometrist and I am very grateful to her and Dr. Carey!.

UW Medical Clinic on Roosevelt has several great pediatricians working out of it, with whom you can't go wrong. Also, the nurses there are all top notch - fun, qualified, warm, very nice people who make unfun things like shots for kids and filling out forms all feel like no problem.
We use Christine Caldwell and have very much enjoyed her upbeat demeanor and warm personality. Recently, we had to take our daughter to meet with another of the doctor's in the practice there, and he was very solid. Overall, a great clinic and you can't go wrong with whichever doctor you choose for your family and pediatrician medicine needs.

We were lucky to have Dr. Johannsen and the NW Women's Heath Care Associates for the birth of our son. Pregnancy is awkward enough, but I knew we would be just fine in their care. Any question or concern that I had were answered in a professional and timely manner (even the silly ones).
They went above and beyond to make our expectancy memorable and special for everyone. Dr. Johannsen did an unscheduled ultrasound so my parents (who were visiting from out of state) could see their newest grandchild.
I can not say enough good things about NW Women's Heath Care team.

I love this place! The office is soooo cool & hip. Dr. Zimmer himself is very caring & thoughtful as to what his patients want and or need. He's not trying to sell you dentistry. He gives you options, some kind of expensive, some not. The office cat is the most well behaved creature and well dressed @ that with her COACH collar on! She's definitely a downtown cat! The front office is very helpful, when I had issues with my insurance company paying for a visit I had they were right there to help me figure out what I had to do to get them (my insurance) to pay. I was a witness to a patient having a fit because the girls @ the front asked for payment when the visit was complete which I thought was ridiculous. I mean seriously, when you go Nordstroms to buy a suit, do you have a fit when they ask you to pay for it?? Anyway, thumbs WAAAY up for this office. FYI: They are booked well in advance, so make your appointments before you have a crisis.
